This adapter allows using Chinese focusing helicoids with M65x1 thread mount on Pentax 67 cameras.
Bit difficult to install/remove due to 3 mm thickness, but this is necessary to allow infinity focus for some lenses. You can use installed M65 helicoid to mount/remove this adapter more easily.
