This adapter is a 10mm long tube with M39x26tpi female thread. This thread is known as LTM (Leica Thread Mount), and compatible with M39x1 thread at should (a few mm) lengths.

The purpose of the coupler is to connect a Canon Macrophoto adapter - with a Canon Lens Mount Converter B.
